SparkLabs' annual prediction piece looks back at 2019 and looks ahead to 2020. "Cloud kitchens" -- virtual restaurants that cater solely to delivery -- have emerged as a solid trend. Meat substitutes will penetrate over 10% of restaurants in the U.S. for 2020. 5G will sputter for network-based services, but the most important aspect is the content and services that will appear on phones and VR headsets (iipay, Oculus Quest, Hololens, 5G chips)
