ICOs were giving a chance to those who had amazing ideas and wanted to initiate something awesome but would not be able to do it otherwise. But many projects took advantage of the system and the generous chance that they’ve been given, that it led to the whole ICO space gain a bad name. As a result, the whole space has been transformed and has a good potential.
