In the spirit of the season, Coze and HackerNoon are thrilled to announce the #AI-chatbot writing contest. AI enthusiasts, developers, and writers are invited to explore Coze's all-in-one AI-agent building platform.
Create powerful AI bots for various use cases and share your experiences, tips, and tricks on HackerNoon with the #ai-chatbot tag for a chance to win from a prize pool of over $7000 ($6500 in cash and $500+ worth of Coze software usage tokens).

What to Write about in the #AI-chabot Contest
Participants can tackle a range of creative and technical challenges from three main angles:
1. AI Chatbot Design
- Provide step-by-step guides for creating Coze AI bots and deploying them on platforms like Telegram and Discord. For advanced users, include instructions on how to use WebSDK and Coze API.
- Explain how to effectively use Coze’s features (Skills, Knowledge, Memory, Chat Experience, etc.).
- Showcase advanced implementations like creating plugins, workflows, and multi-agent systems.
2. Coze AI Chatbots for Different Use Cases
- Detail how you built an AI chatbot for various applications such as search, image generation, productivity, financial services, customer service, entertainment, fitness, healthcare, sports, travel, education, e-commerce, event planning, and language learning.
- Explore creative use cases for Coze AI chatbots across different platforms and AI applications.
3. Optimizing Your AI Chatbot
- Show how to design a chatbot with an engaging and user-friendly interface and experience.
- Share tips for improving your chatbot’s response speed.
- Describe your approach to giving an AI bot a specific personality or tone, like a historical figure or fictional character, to make it more engaging.

How Long Will the Contest Run?
The Contest will run for 3 months, starting on August 6, 2024, and ending on November 6, 2024.
Can I submit more than one entry to the contest?
Of course! Each story submission will count as a new entry into the writing contest.
How are the winners selected?
- After 3 months, we’ll share a shortlist of the stories that receive the most eyeballs (real humans, not bots!).
- Next, the shortlisted stories will be voted on by HackerNoon staff.
- The top Coze use-case/app story, the top 2 Coze experience stories, the top 2 AI Chatbot stories, and the top no-code stories will be selected and announced.
