Movement Network Foundation is a modular framework designed to integrate the safety and performance of the Move Language with the liquidity of the Ethereum ecosystem. In this interview, we catch up with KoKyat, the Founder, to discuss their mission to democratize digital ownership. Movement Network Foundation earns a -5 Proof of Usefulness score.
What does Movement Network Foundation do? And why is now the time for it to exist?
Movement Network is a modular framework designed to bring the safety and performance of the Move Language to the Ethereum ecosystem. By integrating the Move VM with Ethereum’s liquidity (Water) and a self-healing AGI governance (Air), it provides a high-throughput, fractal-scaling settlement layer for decentralized applications. Our mission is to democratize digital ownership through a "Living Protocol" that balances integrity with technical excellence.
Now’s a good time for Movement Network Foundation to exist because the blockchain industry currently demands a solution that harmonizes high-level security with the extensive liquidity required for mass adoption.
What is your traction to date? How many people does Movement Network Foundation reach?
Next-Generation Builders (Developers): For developers who want to build error-free Smart Contracts on the Ethereum Ecosystem, leveraging the security and performance of the Move Language.
Who does your Movement Network Foundation serve? What’s exciting about your users and customers?
Institutional & Retail Investors: For those who want to participate in a sustainable ecosystem that operates with strong liquidity and transparent Tally Governance, as demonstrated in DeFiLlama.
The Global Community (The People): For all ordinary users who want to own digital assets (True Ownership) in a simple, secure, and affordable way, in line with our vision of "Gift for the People".
What technologies were used in the making of Movement Network Foundation? And why did you choose ones most essential to your techstack?
The foundation utilizes the Move VM and a Modular Rollup Framework to establish a secure execution environment and scalable infrastructure. They have also integrated governance and identity standards such as Tally, Snapshot, ENS, and EFP to ensure a decentralized and user-verified ecosystem.
What is traction to date for Movement Network Foundation? Around the web, who’s been noticing?
The project highlights its economic footprint through metrics on DeFiLlama and demonstrates governance activity via Tally. Furthermore, they point to a growing presence on the Base ecosystem and verified on-chain identities through the Ethereum Follow Protocol (EFP).

What excites you about this Movement Network Foundation's potential usefulness?
"The most exciting thing is that the Movement Network solves both the most difficult problems of Blockchain: Security and Scalability. By combining the safety advantages of the Move Language with the liquidity of Ethereum, we can create a new 'error-free' financial system for users.
Especially with our 'Living Protocol' concept, the system will have the ability to automatically improve itself (self-healing), which is the first thing we are excited about, which will be a 'Gift for the People' that will enable everyone to achieve true digital ownership in the future."
