TL;DR —
NEON is a computationally created virtual being that looks and behaves like a real human, with the ability to show emotions and intelligence. Samsung’s new artificial human is called NEON, artificial humans created in a Samsung-backed company called STAR Labs. NEON can go out-of-script and develop its own ‘personality’.
