Sébastien Castiel is a French web developer living in Montréal. He has been waking up earlier for a year now. Castiel set his alarm to 6am every morning and went to the gym at 7am and to the office at 8am. He set up some constraints to himself to be able to keep this routine. He says it hasn't been a problem because it wasn't a lot of discipline because I went home earlier. He can't sleep at night and needs 8 hours of sleep every night to feel tired.
