Red Dead Redemption: Damned Enhancement Modder Counters Take-Two Lawsuit

Developer behind Red Dead Redemption: Damned Enhancement Project is fighting back against a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Take-Two. Johnathan Wyckoff claims he was working within the rules published by the company. The developer says he was being “bullied” by a corporation. He claims that he acted within the boundaries set out in the Rockstar/Take-Two policy on PC single-player mods. In his answer to the lawsuit, he says he has no longer has access to the mod and does not intend to end the project.
