Roblox was issued a subpoena by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier regarding child protection policies, reports WFLA News Channel 8.

The Attorney General is requesting 27 pieces of information from Roblox. According to the subpoena, some of these include:

The Office of the Attorney General said in a press release that this comes after multiple reports of predators using Roblox to groom minors.

The company is also being accused of not reporting cases of child victimization and not enforcing safety measures to protect the safety of children.

Attorney General James Uthmeier stated, “Platforms like Roblox have become breeding grounds for predators to gain access to our kids. We will stop at nothing in the fight to protect Florida’s children, and companies that expose them to harm will be held accountable.”
