Subverse Review: NSFW Game Cracks Top 50 on Steam

StudioFOW’s Subverse is out on Steam. The game is over a year late and launched in Early Access instead of a full release. Combat is a shoot-em-up mode where the player flies a ship through space, dodging asteroids and enemy projectiles. The other mode is a turn-based strategy game that is similar to XCOM but is quite simple overall. The dialogue is over-the-top and doesn’t take itself seriously, the voice actors deliver the best parts of the game.
