Welcome to HackerNoon’s Writing Prompts! If you’re an actual winner of an award, or simply feel like a winner today, the link for the template is HERE.

Hey Hackers! I’m Karthik Karunakaran and I’m the CEO @ Xtract.io.

First of all, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the HackerNoon community for recognizing us as the winner of:

Hackernoon Contributor of the Year - Data Science

Hackernoon Contributor of the Year - Data Analytics

It’s a great honor for us and we thank everyone who voted and supported us in this journey.

HackerNoon Reporter: What does it mean for you to win this title?

My entire team from Xtract.io and I are elated with this victory and are glad to be associated with HackerNoon. This award drives us to create quality content on Data Science and Data Analytics and connect with the audience via Hackernoon.

How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2022?

We are a data provider’s company. Therefore, we aim to create more articles on data services, the potential market, and present use cases in front of our audience. In 2022, we aim to convey and impart knowledge on data and its ample opportunities.

What are some of the goals you’re looking forward to accomplishing in 2022 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?

We want to produce quality content across industries and cutting-edge technologies. We are also coming up with new products and platforms to solve business challenges, specifically in presales, data and workflow automation, and omnichannel support.

As you look at the variety of concerning trends in the world around you, what solutions can you think of? Name three trends and three solutions. Be as brief or as detailed as you like.

The Covid pandemic had paralyzed our daily life. Businesses have changed their way of functioning and operating. They are now relying more on data and analytics to make smart business decisions. As a data company, we think of the following three trends that are going to make it big in the future.

After participating in this journey, is there anything that you would like the HackerNoon team to know?

Yes. I would like you to know that Xtract.io has been honored to be part of #noonies2021. With this initiative and victory, our team is encouraged and motivated to create and publish more content on Hackernoon, and hopefully be part of Noonies 2022 as well.

What is something special about you or your company that you’ve rarely had the chance to properly share but really wanted to? (Give this one a proper think, I’ll know if you didn’t!)

Yes, I always wanted to share this one point on how people matter the most in running an organization. Xtract.io has been on a continuous journey of creating new products, platforms, and solutions.

It is because of our people, our team that we are able to achieve the maximum to whatever we venture into it. Our team takes 100% responsibility for whatever new we build. I guess that’s the most special thing about our company - our people, our teams :)

What song or music album are you currently enjoying?

Hackernoon Awards (music to our ears)!

What are some concepts you wish people knew more about?

That data is the new gold rush and businesses must know why and how to leverage the humongous number of data available around them.

Is there anything else you’d like me to know? It can be anything.

We love you!

Thank you for everything that you do! – HackerNoon Team.
