The number of Americans who view the coronavirus as a major threat to public health spiked by nearly 20%, from 47% to 66% in just one week. 45.5% of all COVID-19 related conversations with one of our virtual assistants revolved around telemedicine. Almost 80% of users interacting with this virtual assistant chose the “coronavirus updates” option to get more information about the disease.
